QUICKLINE SOAP MOLD SYSTEM™ INSTRUCTIONS
How To Assemble Your Molds

Quickline Mold System™ is named such because they are Quick To Line!

Included with your mold will be a Quickline Liner™. It is a long wood piece that resembles a crate.
You will receive one Liner for each order, NOT for each mold.


 


STEP 1
Unpack your mold. The following parts should be in your package.
(note this is for a SINGLE Mold, Multiple Compartment Molds work the same way as the Single Mold)

 

  1. One end piece
  2. Two front pieces
  3. Two Side pieces
  4. 6 Eye Bolts With 6 Wing Nuts and 12 Washers



Below is step by step directions on the use of your Quickline Mold System™.

PUTTING THE MOLD TOGETHER

STEP 2
Place both SIDE PIECES into one of the FRONT PIECES

 


Being sure to line up the bottom grooves

STEP 3
Slip the END PIECE into the grooves on the bottom of the mold.

 

 

STEP 4
Place the last End PIECE onto the mold. Fitting the grooves together.

 

 

STEP 5
Place one EYE BOLT into EACH of the 6 SIDE HOLES. A Washer should be on both ends in contact with the Mold. Secure loosely with a WING NUT.


 

 

STEP 6
When ready to line the mold, tighten all the bolts, do not over tighten so that the sides of the molds "Bow". This would take a LOT of pressure to do, so it is unlikely that this would ever occur.
